Daily meditations whos in?


With studies done  at Harvard Medical School, they have discovered and published that deep relaxation changes our bodies at the genetic level.  People that practice relaxation and breathing have far more disease fighting genes! HUGE!!!

I am going to meditate for 21  days.  I SET MY alarm to wake up at 5 am another alarm 5:15 to start then a 3rd alarm to stop (namasté). I am actively working on breathing from my belly and deeply, letting my navil rise with breathing out letting it sink in.

Just to start this habit daily can change your health, and the way your day plays out.  I am guilty of being a shallow breather.  I have in the past gone thru so much fight or flight response I am actively wanting to change it.  Today is the day I change AND let go what does not serve me any longer.
